Proprietary rights
Proprietary rights, claims, etc. are the rights, claims, etc. of owners. Sorting out the rights that go with property ownership is complicated, both because of the variety of types of property, and because of the problem of sorting out conflicting claims regarding property and conflicts between property rights and other rights.
