Marc Edwards

 

An expert in home plumbing and corrosion, Marc Edwards disovered high levels of lead in the Washington D.C. water supply.  Then he commited years of his life along with money out of his own pocket to fight the bureaucracy that tried to keep the problem hidden.  His story is told in the following article from ASEE PRISM Magazine and a more recent story in the Washington Post.
