Comparisons Across Cultures (Index of Abstracts)

In March of 1994 Science Magazine published a feature section entitled "Comparisons Across Cultures: Women in Science '94". It contains nine articles with cross-cultural information on women in science. Summaries of those articles can be found here.

Science's Women in Science '94 feature ("Comparisons Across Cultures" Science, New Series, Vol. 263, No. 5152  (Mar. 11, 1994) ) contains cross-cultural information on women in science. The perspectives offered by other nation's situations and scientists offer much insight into the gender problems our own nation faces.  The links below are to abstracts of the nine articles included in the feature.  The original articles can now be found in JSTOR.
