Biography
Sun Yesheng, Chief Consultant of Sun Consulting Services Pte Ltd, PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering of National University of Singapore, Master and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering of Beijing University of Science and Technology, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by PWC and Global Foundries, and certified Master Black Belt by JCI and STBI in USA. He is now helping Shenzhen Zhongxing Liwei Technology Co., Ltd. to implement operational excellence. He ever served as Chief Transformation Expert of Huawei Transformation Project Management Office, Head of Asia Operational Excellence of JCI, Senior Quality and Lean Six Sigma Manager of Global Foundry, Regional Quality and Reliability Manager of NXP Semiconductors, Senior Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer of HP, Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer of Texas Instruments, and Lecturer of Department of Mechanical Engineering of Beijing University of Science and Technology. With 35 years of teaching, research and work experience, many times worked with famous USA consulting Companies, led and managed hundreds of Lean Six Sigma projects, helped the companies save hundreds of millions of dollars. He provided Lean Six Sigma training to many companies in Asia-Pacific region, and trained over a thousand of people, including company leaders at all levels, Black Belts, Green Belts and Lean Teams. He has accumulated a lot of experience of Lean Six Sigma project management and training in R&D, manufacturing and service transformation. He has been awarded the Company Project Awards many times and received the National Productivity Individual Award from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore. He published 19 papers in international/China journals and academic conferences, as well as 30 technical research reports.
