Ethnicity

Contains studies in which ethnicity is a variable and studies of the issues and experiences of particular ethnic groups.

Subject

Provides information on attrition factors, intervention programs, trends in the workplace, and more. Many studies explore the current experiences of women and minorities as they move through education, industry, and academia. Here we offer abstracts of some of the key literature. Some studies deal with mathematics, as well as science and engineering, because it is often possible to generalize from one area of scientific work to another. Information is organized using three indexes. The same abstract may appear in two or three of the indexes.
